  • 1 (28-ounce) can Tomatoes
  • 1 Yellow onion


  • 99 1 pound extra lean ground turkey or chicken, lean

Canned Goods

  • 1 1/4 cups Chicken broth

Oils & Vinegars

  • 2 tsp Olive oil

Nuts & Seeds

  • 2 tsp Cumin, ground

Baking & Spices

  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 4 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
