It’s easy to get discouraged when you don’t get the results you want. However, it isn’t helpful to get caught up on the numbers you see on the scale. Try focusing on how good you feel after exercise, instead of the results you may or may not be getting. Don’t make light of your accomplishments simply because you didn’t reach your target weight goal in the time you thought you would. Focus more on how exercising improves your health and overall quality of life. Take pride in what you have accomplished, regardless of how great the achievement is.
